critical process died?

so i just got a new pc with these specs:

RTX 2080 SUPER

ryzen 5 3600 @4.2ghz turbo boost set in bios and cooled by GIGABYTE ATC800 RGB COOLER

16gb ram ddr4 3000mhz CL16

 

 

as i mentioned i bumped my cpu frequency to 4.2ghz and its working fine and all but for some reason i was opening discord while having Torrent on downloading a game and it just crashed and said critical process died. its weird cuz i wasnt putting any load on the cpu literally just laucnhing discord and having torrent open in the background which is like nothing. is this because of the turbo boost that i set in the bios or what? what could the issues be. also this never happened to me before. my temps are really good i get like 55 to 70 on both the gpu and cpu mostly in the mid 60's

Also i stress tested the cpu about 4 times it ran at 4.2ghz at 80 degrees max temp was 83 degrees and all of that on 100% utilization. Also games run fine at very good temps and at 4.2ghz
