Nvidia overlay unavailable

recently bought a 2080 super and installed drivers then installed geforce experience but theres no way to enable the game overlay to record replays and take screenshots etc. i cant even find the option in the settings in geforce experience or in the games menu! any help plz?nvidia.thumb.JPG.34b244f22652894c3f7c74b7c2760a6f.JPG
