I use Acronis disk cloning, to clone my drives, but it cost money. You'll need a cloning software of some kind in order to do this.

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.

If you purchase a Samsung SSD, you can use Samsung's very own cloning / migration software.

https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/tools/

Example, 1TB Samsung 860 Evo -- https://www.newegg.com/samsung-860-evo-series-1tb/p/N82E16820147673?Item=N82E16820147673

Looks like your laptop also supports up to 16GB (8GB X 2) of DDR3L RAM.

You can add another 4GB module (1 empty slot available), and double up to 8GB.

OR, take the existing 4GB out, and put in 16GB (8GB X 2) in.

Examples:

16GB kit -- https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-16gb-204-pin-ddr3-so-dimm/p/N82E16820231728?Item=N82E16820231728&Tpk=N82E16820231728
