Need help with new hackintosh build

My current hackintosh Is a little old but it run's perfect for basic gaming like dead island. basic programming like java and html. 2k video editing in final cut pro. watch 4k movie plays perfect.  

 

My current hackintosh   Motherboard:(Gigabyte ultra durable H97N-Wifi)     Cpu: (intell i5-4690K)  Ram:(ddr3 16gb) power supply: (650w)  boot hdd: (WD 1tb black   Storage 2x4tb hdd(1 Wd blue 4tb and 1 4tb segate  in JBOD config)        Gpu: (RX570 8gb). Case: ( Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced Mini-Itx) 

 

What items I would like to use in the new hackintosh

1: reuse the hdd's

2: reuse the power supply 
3: ruse the case but with a faster rpm fans
4: reuse the gpu only if it's not causing major performance loss

 

For my new hackintosh what  mother board,120mm fan , low profile 80mm fan, 10th gen intel cpu perfered but 9th gen will work, and ram should be a Min 16gb.  should I be using 

 

I'm looking to spend around 500 dollars canadian max not including the fans
