Hi, I was wondering, if my IP adress is logged somewhere, and I start using VPN after that. Would you still be able to trace the IP adress back to me? And if so, how accurate would that be? If I look up where my current IP places me it's not that close my actual location. But would you be able to get more accurate if I now had a VPN running?

IP address locations are logged on various databases, by the owners of the IP addresses.  It should never reflect your actual location as your ISP has no right to broadcast that to anyone, nor would it be worth their while to change it every time a customer gets assigned a different IP address.

People will only get your exact location by hacking your PC in some way or tricking you to visit a website that uses the browser Location API to get your location by checking the nearby WiFi networks and looking them up on a database to see where they are located.  Then they could log that against your IP address on their own database.
