MCP655/D5 pump keeps leaking!

I need to install one of these into a reservoir and the only one I can get in my region is in the following link http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_160_296&products_id=21315

I had a MCP655 pump beforehand but when I took it out of its casing and installed it into another more sleek design, it would not stop leaking, then when I put it back in its original casing, it still leaked, O-ring included. Has anyone else had issues like this with this pump?

O-ring is in perfect condition. also cant be bothered RMA'ing it to a company that is over seas from me.

And usually removing pump top voids warranty anyways.

why dont you want to rma it? is it the cst becaus as far as i know if it is broken they have to pay you the shipping costs

Take it apart again and take some pictures (especally the oring).

 

Hard to help people through text. The smallest of bumps/rips on these orings will create leaks.

just disassemble the pump 

clean it and place a brand new o ring
