I've had a lot of problems with it, as soon as I fix one another one occurs.

 

Firstly the HDMI port on my rx 5700 has gone bust, as I tried numerous solutions but could only get a post when my display port finally came.

 

More importantly though, when I finally thought I'd fixed it all, now I get random stutters and freezes in games such as warzone, and it even completely shut off yesterday when I was playing. This was due to cpu overheating as I hadn't placed the stock fan on properly, but now I have and the temperatures are fine. I thought it would be fixed, and it has in some games such as BL3 but in MW:Warzone the stuttering is still there.

 

When it shut off last night the CPU and DRAM lights were flashing red on the motherboard, but only think I could find about this online was that the CPU could be overheating, but it is reaching 60 degrees max when playing intensive stuff so I'm sure that's not the problem.

 

It will run easily at 150 fps~ and then suddenly start dropping to 0 every 6 or so seconds making it near unplayable.

 

I've tried reseating ram, taking out the gpu and trying to play with a 1050ti (barely runnable but it didnt have the freezing problem) which makes me think its a problem with the gpu as I seem to have encountered every other problem imaginable. Any suggestions on what else I could do?

What you describe sounds like the GPU fully, I would go ahead and RMA it ASAP.

I've sent an RMA to asus, don't see why they wouldn't let me return it. Guess I should have watched some videos on it beforehand as they all say it's an awful choice.

Got a new gpu, have exactly the same problems, except if anything they are more apparent
