Does Ryzen 7 with Rtx 2060 is better or GTX 1660 ti for atleast 5-7 years of AAA game handling in 1080p. I don't prefer 1440p or 4k gaming but decent resolution.

Rtx 2060 is better than a 1660ti for long usage but I would suggest looking at the rx5700xt for the same amount of performance if not more for a much better price than the 2060.
