Need help updating win10

i had a problem updating win10 i have win10 ver. 10240 released in july 2015, i tried updating to win10 1909 everything wasfine until i had no conenction both LAN and wireless, i have a LP-LINK wireless wifi adaptor and the other is Killer e2200 gigabit ethernet controlleri triedsearching online solutionswhen my pc coudn`t connect to the internet.

could someone recommend much more solutions and what about for example even though i updated my LAN driver and still it didn`t work what should i do i dont want to waste my time downloading 3gigs of windows 1909.
Pls tell everything i could do to fix theinternet when i update my windows 10 thanks
i tried updating almost everything exept for my gpu because i have another isssue there.

my pc specs:
-intel core i5 4670
-28gigs ddr3 ram
-ASRock Fatal1ty b85 killer
