Concerns: I'm not sure if this part list upgrade will work with a 450W power supply. I want to know if there are any parts that can be downgraded to reach 600 USD without losing much performance. Should I wait for prices to go down to buy these parts? I'm considering overclocking, but I only have a cooler master hyper 212 evo air cooler (not sure if that's compatible with Ryzen socket)
