First boot up error - green vertical lines

Hey everyone.

 

Just bought all the components for a new setup.

 

The processor and Gpu were used.

 

Ryzen 5 1600

MSI 580 8gb

Gigabyte b450m day mobo

Corsair vengence ram 16gb

Cool master power supply

 

Anyways, I installed everything and booted up. For the first while I couldn't get anything on screen. Then finally I got a boot screen with this weird artifacting. Pics below

 

I was able to install windows and tried to do a GPU driver install and it crashed to blue screen with even more artifacting

 

Is this GPU? Or something else?
