Help Regarding Power Supply

Hello guys, I am planning to upgrade my PC. I currently have i5 6500 with ASUS 1050ti. Can my Xigmatek XCP A500 power supply will be able to support i5 9600k with 2070Super? I don't plan on putting any LED or huge air cooling, my ram will just be a regular 16 GB without any rgb. Thank you.
