Only thing I think I have done before this happened, I downloaded warzone and was playing at high settings with RTX on. Now I have noticed my idle clock speeds of 300 mhz and 405 mhz memory when nothing is running, is now stuck at 1515 mhz and 6800 mhz memory. And playing warzone, the core clock goes up around 1920 mhz  (1950 max) and the memory clock is stuck at 6800 mhz, when it is normally 7000. I was reinstallling drivers with geforce experience a lot of times that day, like 10, to fix another issue. Could that be the cause?
