Iphone flash sms

Help,
My iphone 7p suddenly have popup “sorry message not send” message on the screen. It can be dismissed but it will constantly popup again.
 

I have check the iMessage, I did not tried to send any message or left any draft. It’s just annoyed and bother me when using the phone.

 

how to solve these?

[solved] I already contacted them... apparently it can easily be solve by paying the bills / top up the credit (Due for 3 days). Because my mode of payment for apple music subscription is via mobile phone.
