Budget (including currency): £460-500

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CSGO (im not too into it tho) TF2, Minecraft, Cities Skylines, emulation, but also school work

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I've made a list on PcPartPicker: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/3XvsgJ , I need a good monitor since the only other one I have is an old monitor that doesn't have the greatest picture quality (I'm looking for around 1080p 60Hz). This would be my first PC and I'm moving from a 2014 MacBook that I was gifted. I want to buy it soon but I don't want it to disrupt my studies since I have GCSE's next year so I might hold off on it. I would not mind playing games at medium - low so long as I can get good FPS for online games etc.

Please be patient as I'm not really sure about AMD etc, I've just heard good things about them compared to Intel

Thanks :)
