Booting/Monitor Problems.

Every time I try to boot my pc every turns on except my keyboard and mouse rgb lights also no display comes up on either of my monitors. So I hard shut down my pc and then turn it on again which works but before it fully boots ASRock tells me my pc failed to boot several times. I’ve already checked and don’t think the monitor is the problem as my keyboard and mouse Rgb doesn’t light up and I’ve looked through connections and wasn’t able to fine any loose cable. Does anyone know what to do to fix this issue?
