Hey, a friend of mine bought a new graphic card. I help him replace it after we did, the pc wont boot when we press the power bottun. The mobo does show led lights when i connect the pc to the power.. 

I tried reseting the cmos didibt work. 

Even when we are trying to put in the old card it still dosent boot.. 

 

Rig: 

Motherboard: msi z97 mpower

Cpu: core i5-4690k

Ram: 8gb

Old graphic card: r9 280x

New graphic card: gtx 1660 super

Psu: 600w

Please help us..

I checked them all.. Everything is in place. 

If the leds on the mobo are still up, can that be an indicator for the power supply (still works)? 

Or mobo?

(well i am not a computer geek)

1st check whether the cables of the led are from the psu if they are from the psu try disconnecting them and try booting it.
