Thunderbolt 3 to DP

I have bought a gaming laptop with: 

Porter
LAN - Gigabit
HDMI - 2.0
Thunderbolt 3
2 x USB 3.1 Gen 1
USB 3.1 Gen 2
Mikrofoninngang, 3,5mm
Hodetelefonutgang, 3,5mm
Minnekortleser  (SD, SDHC og SDXC)

 

The problem here is that it does not have Display port. But my question is if Thunderbolt 3 will support my 165hz gaming monitor with Thunderbolt 3 to DP cable. I use a https://www.asus.com/no/Monitors/ROG-SWIFT-PG279Q/ monitor.

Most TB3 ports are connected to the integrated graphics, not the GPU. If that's the case you would be able to connect the monitor, but wouldn't be able to use your GPU in games.

Can't you forward the output via Optimus? The display inside the laptop is usually connected to integrated graphics as well.
