My Configuration Panel as a problem..

So each time i go into my configuration panel to adjust the volume of my mic, when i put it at 99% for exemple, it always go back to a random number. So when it's at 100% and i move my mic just a little bit it goes down to 56% and after 49% and all those random numbers.
