Dark spot on IPS display.

So I’ve had my DELL P2417H for about 2 years now. I’ve recently noticed, that there is a dark spot on my screen. It almost looks like a smudge, but upon closer inspection I’ve discovered that it must be either a dead or stuck pixel. The weird thing is, that it seems like it’s not an actual pixel. The little greyish spot almost looks like it’s just not as bright as the others around it. The colour matches.

The weird thing is, that it almost looks like the spot is actually under the surface of the screen, because when I’m moving my head around I can actually see like a parallaxing effect, so the dark spot moves independently from the picture seen.

I don’t really know how IPS displays are layered, but does anyone have an idea what it could be? I’ll try running those “magical pixel fixers” but I don’t really have high hopes due to the nature of the problem.
