Windows 10 automatic repair cycle

Hello when I turned on my laptop after a windows update this happened. This happened to me before but reverting to the previous version of windows fixed it the first time but now when I tried to go back to the previous version it says that windows can't revert the latest update. Can I fix this without formatting the laptop? Thanks in advance :)
