PC wont boot with DOCP

Hi guys I am having a bit of trouble with DOCP my pc tries to boot up 3 times but on the 4th try it takes me to the bios, it would work fine with the 1 stick of memory i had but then I got a second one and now it ownt work, I even tried changing it manually and still no boot any ideas as to what it could be?
