Raid 1 Verify Stuck

Hi Guys, i experienced a BSOD tonight..

 

My HDD Setup is as follow:

 

1 SSD (Boot & OS Drive)

1 Raid 1 Array - 2 Drives (Exactly matched WD2TB Red)

1 Non Raid Drive: Seagate 7200 rpm

 

Now my Raid array says when im Booting that Raid 1 is on the Status: Verify [Yellow]

Before the BSOD Crash is was confirmed [Green].

 

It seems that the drives are now considerably slower, since all the programms started off the Raid Array are stupid slow, games included.

 

How to i get my Drives back up to speed and verified? ctrl-i in the Raid controller doesnt give me an option to select a verify action...

 

need Help guys, cant work that way
