Hello everyone, I will post a link to my build (haven't built it yet) below. Please don't tell me to go AMD.

My home is at least 30 years old, and I'm sure my power outlets aren't anything special.

I need help finding a UPS. Problem is, I don't know what my actual Power Usage or "load" will be because I haven't built it yet nor are the calculators apparently accurate. I plan to do as much OCing as I can on the air cooling. That said, What kind of a load and capacity would I need for my system? Please look into my components and see if I need a pure-sine-wave UPS or if I can get away with the less expensive stepped-sine-wave aka simulated-sine-wave UPS's. Another issue I have is, I've never used windows. I can't seem to find any answers on how long a normal computer takes to safely and completely shut down, so I have no idea how long the damn thing needs to run at my suspected power consumption to safely shut down everything.

AT THE VERY LEAST, I need a SINE-WAVE (I think) UPS that has Brownout, power out, and lightning protection that has enough capacity for me to safely shutdown the computer during a power-out. I do not expect to use it if there is a power out. I'm hoping not to spend more then $300 and the less I can spend the happier I'll be. Please help me, I'm a first time builder alone in this mac-ridden family.
