Need help with new build

Having trouble getting my new build to turn on. I have a B450 Tomahawk and Ryzen 5 3600. I've done the bios flash for the newest revision, but that's where things get weird. I can't get the system to turn on via the power pins. But if I do the bios flash, once it completes, it restarts and I can get into the bios, but then the M flash tab in the bios doesn't recognize the usb attached, and when i turn it back of, nothing with the power pins again... I'm super stumped. Also, here's the complete list of parts. Video below. Please help. Thank you
