No display on startup

Every time I start my computer I have to press the reset button to get any display. I can see the led light profile and the graphics card light and fan profile activate but no display unless I press the reset button. Anyone know why this would happen?

 

My system is

Cpu- intel i9-9900ks

Mobo- gigabyte aorus z390 master

Gpu- gigabyte aorus GeForce rtx 2080ti

Ram- teamgroup t-force delta 32gb(4x8)

Psu- Corsair rm850

Display- vizio 32l40a
