Hi, i'll try my best to describe the problem

i get some weird fps drops every hours / 2 hours , the system runs perfectly fine, i can watch videos, play games or do whatever i want, but after some time passes, i get a brief window of like 10 seconds or so of FPS drops, doesnt matter if i'm playing games or just watching videos, then it goes back to normal , and it happens again after 1 to 2 hours after, its been happening for a while now, at first i thought it was my gpu, a gtx 1050, so i upgraded it to a gtx 1060 6gb, it still happens then i thought maybe its my PSU, so i swapped it out for one with higher wattage, it still happens, then i blamed my hard drive, since its the oldest component in my computer, so i unplugged it, no change, then i though maybe it was the ram slots fault, so i swapped my memory to different slots, no change, and now i'm out of ideas and out of components that i can swap out, the only thing left is my ssd, cpu and the motherboard, but they are all relatively new, its been less than 5 months since i got this computer, it all started occuring after i did a windows update,a while back, i dont remember if i did a fresh windows install or no, but i do remember that i did like a system revert, i dont remember what its called, and i reverted everything to stock settings in the bios, but i havent updated the bios yet .i managed to record it, the sound goes all static and distorted first, than its the fps and general system responsiveness. and the more it acoors, the more severe it gets, the example shown here is after i changed the position on my memory, so it starts slowly, than after it happens a few times its gets worse and worse and lasts longer and longer. here is the video

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 ( stock cooler)
Motherboard;Asus Tuf B450 plus Gaming
Memory: 16 gb Forza Giel 3200 Mhz
Hard Drive: WD 500 GB ( i dont know the exact name, its rather old but not the issue)
SSD: Kingston 240 GB SSD

GPU: Gigabyte G1 GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Aero 650W White
Windows 10 64 bit

everything is brand new and bought from an IT store sealed and in its original packaging except for the GPU which is second hand but in  good condition.
