I'm running memtest86 to try and find issues with my ram and my CPU is failing tests. I had to completely reset my OS earlier today because I kept getting a BSOD and now this is happening.

I have a Ryzen 2700x non overclocked with an AIO from Corsair

I have 4x8 Ram @3200 from Corsair

Re-seat the ram, try with only one stick at a time.

Take out all fauly sticks and you should contact Corsair about replacing them cause you can't fix them yourself.

I noticed my ram voltage was not set on auto and turned an XMP profile on, would the voltage being not auto change anything?

Depends on what it was running on before so maybe... You can try running memtest86 again but it usually doesnt lie. Turning XMP on wouldnt fix any problems (might even create more).

You can try clearing the CMOS (what mobo do you have) which resets the bios and might fix some problems.

Corsair is a huge pain to RMA. They made me pay shipping for mine and it cost like $30 CAD to send them back.

Ok so I fixed it, I think. I turned the XMP file to a lesser one (From 3200 to 2933) I know Ryzen is very particular about speeds, but is there anyway I can go over 3200 stable or on 3200 stable

Try clearing the bios, reseating the sticks of memory, plugging them in individually and doing memtest86. If memtest86 still returns errors then you can't really do anything about it. When did you get the sticks( If they are new and the memory is faulty its their products thats broke so they should replace it for free )

Everything seems to be working now after bumping down the XMP profile

You can try plugging in the timings and speed manually. You can try overvolting the ram (do a little research I believe 1.35 is the safe amount for DDR4 but am not certain)

Would it even be worth it? I do light video editing at 1080p 60 fps and mostly use my rig for gaming

It wont make more than a 1-2 fps difference if at that. I would say no.
