Anti-Malware SDK Agent?????

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it.

I have a pretty recent new computer build and I have only used TotalAV for anti-virus software. Well I keep getting a pop-up that says Do you want to allow this app to make changes on your device? Anti-Malware SDK Agent, Verified Publisher: Avira Operations GmbH & CO. KG, File Origin: Hard drive on this computer. What is this? I have never had anything to do with Avira and cannot find one single file associated with this.
