ASUS MOBO dropping frames.

Hey I was experimenting with over clocking with my pc using the auto tuner function in my bios. After running into blue screens I turned it off. A little while later I went back into my bios to find that I was losing frames every couple seconds. Any ideas on what is happening or how to fix it.
