Windows and OBS audio settings.

I am having problems with my audio settings due to my windows set audio settings since I am using earphones not headphones. 
Its frustrating as OBS does not capture other audio devices as well even when set to maximum.

I am trying to figure out a way to max out my windows volume but putting the output volume to earphones to the same (15/100).

Is this possible or is there alternative way?

There is probably a way to do it in software, but I don't know off the top of my head. However if you happen to have a headphone jack on old speakers or on your monitor. Most of those devices have separate volume controls. So you can max out you PC volume but on the speakers or monitors you can turn it way down.

Yea I'm running on a laptop though  .
I was thinking of an external software but thats pretty far out there.
