MIC buzzing/humming

hello there. i had this problem for a long time now where my mic is catching up some humming/buzzing noise. i have a hyperx could alpha headset and im using the microphone of it as well. i can use noise supression but it just dosent sound that good when i have it on. is there anny way i can remove the humming/buzzing noise without acualy having to turn on noise supression. if someone could help it would be great !

iv googled a bit and saw that it could be a problem with my power supply becouse it is not grounded wich i dont know what that really means but if anyone sees this pls give me some recomendations
