This picture is only for example, I cant get the screenshot when afterburner opened. Win + PS didnt work sometimes.

Fps suddenly dropped to 60-70fps (half of my fps). Also cpu usage is around 50-100%. Gpu only 50-60% This is my problem starts.

Sometimes this usage is normal. But minimum fps is kinda low around 110 fps (choppiness and little stutter)

Also when 100% CPU then gpu only works 50%. My game feels stutter and dropped frame to 67fps.

I dont know this is my cpu problem or my GPU.

Already found the problem. And i dont know how to solve the problem. Frametime is around 5ms - 8.0ms. When cpu hit 100% nah i forget to check the frametime too.

got any background tasks running?

not many games will fully saturate a 6/12 chip

also, overclock that. looks like its running at stock values which is 3600mhz. Can easily push to 3.9 to 4ghz

I just realize when i want to turn off my computer. It show me 'Turn off and update" But windows update affect cpu usage too?

Beside that, not only that game feels choppy. There is no update running.

Only wallpaper engine and Discord. Afterburner opened to monitoring my usage.

Overclock, didnt know how to do that and temperature when it reach 3.8 is around 80+ (doing some benchmark - 3dmark)

windows update will affect cpu usage

wallpaper engine will affect performance, especially if you have a highly animated wallpaper. i used to run it but it would negatively affect gaming performance. it's a fun app, but for a gamer its not practical.

turn off WE and make sure windows isn't updating, and report back results.

Yesterday while there is no update, its the same. My problem is my minimum fps is lower than i expected and that things make my gaming feels choppy.

Is it 2666MHz and my cpu too low to play ALL GAMES smoothly.

we've been through this before a few times i believe.

you continue to be unsatisfied with your performance so maybe it is best for you to upgrade to a 3600.

Yes. I know it. Thats kinda weird when my fps dropped to 60-80fps for 2-4 seconds then going back again to 100+ fps again. Also i cant play CSGO smoothly. Already see forums about new csgo. Lag, stutter, low fps etc. Maybe engine of the game can be  a problem too

Still thinking if my setup going full to gaming, go for intel i7 8700K and change motherboards too. Or upgrade to a better ryzen cpu.

Does change to a better cpu make gpu usage go higher (For maximize GPU performance)

Both ways have a same problem, financial problem. Must spend another money to buy them.
