swapped hard drive

I recently swapped a hhd with windows 10 on a laptop out for a win 7 hdd. i have no way of accessing the internet, as there are no drivers, and none of my usb ports (or ethernet ports) are working with anything. i have no clue on how to get the drivers.

Boot up in safe mode, and see if the USB ports work. You'll have to uninstall offending/confilcting drivers from safe mode.

just tried that with a mouse, it has power but no input
