Plex with Double Nat

I'm running a plex docker in Unraid and was trying to get Remote Access to work on Plex. I know I have a double NAT and because of my dad's company there isn't much I can do about it. I added the port 32400 like recommend to both of my Routers with the correct internal IPs. I got Remote Access to work for like 2 minutes until it stopped working. I go on Xfinity and it says I have 7 'Unauthorized Access Attempts' on my port that I just set. Should I not being using this port? if so what do I need to change to get another port to work. Why did it stop working? Did xfinity just go no to plex when it totally should have allowed it? If I can't change my double nat are there any other recommendations on what to do?
