Help PC is not starting

Hello, 

I am a little desperate because my PC is not posting or staring. I recently bought 2extra ram(ddr4 3600mhz) for my pc and 2 140mm fans. I installed everything and tried to start the PC and nothing. When I installed I didn't had the antistatic bracelet on. I did a reset to the bios by removing the cmos and nothing. Then I started to troubleshoot everything, removing all ram and only installing 1 and testing it in all slots. I changed the gpu and moved it to another slot. Took out the cpu and reinstalled it. I took out all ssd and hdd. 

The only thing that has a sign of life is the fans.

Have you tried reseating all components? Testing individual components? Are you getting in to the bios?

Yes, I reseated all components. I did it one by one. 

When I started the PC before the upgrade the leds in the right corner of the mobo turned on one by one, but since then none of the LEDs are turning on. No, I am not getting to the bios. The only thing that happens when I turn on the PC is the fans start spinning and that's it. Also is not allowing me to turn off the PC with the button.
