Functional? Yes. Can you do better? Yes. Pretty sure the CX450 is affordable in India.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

Would this be any better??

And will it be able to supply enough power to the power hungry rx 580??

Cx 450 costs the same as mwe 550

But will 450 watts be enough for the build

Plenty. I've run a GTX 1080 and Ryzen 5 3600 off of a CX450.

I can't recommend the Corsair CV. The only good one is the 650 watt because it's made different.

This is the absolute cheapest unit I can recommend

As I am on a tight budget should I switch from a b450m to a  a320m pro max

This would help me stay in my budget

And will I experience any performence issues with this mobo

Will I have any problem in wattage or heating

Wattage, no.

Heating, do you mean if the PSU will get too hot?

I do not recommend A320 motherboards, they are very limited. Here are some motherboards that you might be able to afford that are guaranteed to work with 3rd gen ryzen:

ASRock B450M/AC

Gigabyte B450M S2H

MSI B450M Pro-VDH MAX

These are all decent motherboards and are often quite cheap.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Specifically the Pro-VDH, not to be confused with the B450M-A Pro, also not to be confused with the B450-A Pro (MSI has made some very confusing names, lots of "pro" motherboards). This one

Let me link it to you https://mdcomputers.in/msi-b450m-pro-m2-max.html?search=B450 m

Finally are sure that my system won't blow up if I use cx450?

RX 580 draws about 200 watts. Ryzen 5 3500 draws less than 100 watts. You have a ton of power left over.
