2060 vs 2080 Ti advantage?

El3ctro man 592
if 2 people of exactly the same skill 1v1d, one with an RTX 2060 and one with an RTX 2080 Ti, both getting constant 240 fps capped, would there be a noticeable disadvantage being on the 2060?

asking because i've been arguing with some kid for like an hour and want to prove him wrong

The one with the 2080ti would be slower. Due to being weighed down by their e-peen.
