texture flickering black issue

That is the video I recorded,issue at 0:08

 

Pc specs

2080ti

3700x

16gb 3200mhz ram(xmp)

X570 mobo

 

Flickering seems to happen kind of randomly,as I played mhw for 34 some mins last night and didn't notice anything unusual,could there something be wrong with my GPU is game or some other software issue causing this..?
