Netgear Prosafe Switches Warranty

A few gays ago my switch (Netgear GS487t) started randomly restarting at random intervals, not sure why, I called up Netgear and lodged and RMA.  No questions asked except credit card information if I do not ship the defective switch back and I was cross shipped a brand new unit, a new version in fact.   

 

Netgear Prosafe products carry a limited lifetime warranty and they have the best customer service by far.  They shipped me my replacement unit by Express and organised a return label for my old unit.

 

Netgear support rules, if anyone is looking at the ProSafe switches I say go for it, you wont be dissapointed.

Nice to see companies like this stand behind their products and not leave people hanging with no service :)
