Not recognise hdd

Hey i have one of the old wd black sshd 1tb drive and I just cant seem to have the drive recognise. Windows disk manager thinks my 1tb drive is a 2tb drive. While other partition software only see 0mb on the drive. The drive is spinning up fine. I don't seem to know how to fix this..

i think it's a firmware issue but i'm not too sure
