Screen flickering after waking up

Hi. My screen flickers after waking up. Only rebooting the system helps. Please watch the video.

This was happening on my old cofiguration as well as the new one. I have basically upgraded all components except PSU. The last thing I got was new GPU. I thought this issue will disappead but it's still there.

 

Could this be caused by the PSU? I've got EVGA 600B Bronze Power Supply 600W from 2014.
