Instead of booting Off the 2tb hdd boot off the m.2 mvme drive

You boot off the M.2, not the slow HDD. 1xHDD doesn't give you the option for a RAID. Why that tiny 250GB SSD next to your larger M.2? A Z390 board for a locked CPU is not sensible. You should upgrade to 3200 memory speeds

That system looks pretty terrible to me. There is little reason to go with an Intel build.
