Hey thanks for stopping by.

Im aware there are some very tech savvy people on here and wanted to ask for advice.

I am currently rocking a gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 R5 with an AMD 9370 fx  which im aware doesnt suit my 980ti.

I am looking to upgrade the CPU but i know that i might have to replace my motherboard due to the socket.

Does anybody know any cheap combinations of motherboard and CPU which work well with a 980ti.

Budget of around £600

I currently have DDR3 memory

Thanks for your help

To keep your ram, the best CPUs you can upgrade to would be an i7-4770 or something similar.

Anything newer, like Ryzen, will require DDR4. For your budget, that's not a problem.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
