Resident evil 3 demo Performance results

Hi guys just downloaded resident evil 3 demo, Tested it on my GTX 1080 TI on max overclock 150mhz on core and 900mhz on memory.  It seem to run slightly better than RE2 , i checked other people performance, for example RTX 2080 Super comparing to my 1080 TI in this game perform more than 10% worse. If we compare same spots, If 2080S gets 62 fps mine gets 72, also compared it to RTX 2070 Super on the same spot mine gets 74fps meanwhile 2070 super gets 55. Really surprised, i thought nvidia is gimping performance in all new games. For example in call of duty my 1080 TI even at max OC barely compares to rtx 2070 super stock, if we compare stock to stock it performs like 2070. But in this game Woah!.
