Good Day! Need some help for my 4yr old proc+ mobo, just waht to lnow what ram and gpu I can pair with to maximize the performance for 1080p 144hz gaming. Just wanna squeeze of some life left for my mobo and procie... TIA

What is your budget, what is your actual gpu, what ram are you using and where do you live?

Any gpu as long as it can pair for intel xeon 1230v5 without bottlenecking each other, i think this cpu is locked for 2100mhz ram, im from ph
