Need help with some random things started showing up

was wondering if anyone happens to know what could cause these things showing up it doesn't happen in games or while watching videos but whenever i open a program like Logitech's, razer synapse... mainly logitech's app

Might be an update to make it look more fancier. Just check the update logs wherever they are.

Looks like a GPU issue going on, could also be a driver problem here.
Did you recently update your GPU drivers? You could roll it back to the previous drivers and see if it goes away.

 

If not then it's probrably a GPU acting out as in it's gonna puke soon but I hope not.

im gonna try reinstalling the gpu drivers and see. However i haven't updated my gpu i have EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 hopefully its not going to poop itself

Be sure to check and see how hot the GPU is getting, if there is an overheating issue it can cause strange stuff too. Temps around the 70c mark are normal, 80c+ is still OK but starting to cut it close, Upper 80's or higher is when it's time to worry about it.

Overheating issues will make a card go bad so if you see it, deal with it ASAP and hope yours isn't on it's way out if so.
