Just finished building my new computer(Ryzen 3 3600x, 1080, 16 GB DDR4 3200 mhz, 1 TB NVME Storage, MSI b450 Tomahawk) last night I booted it to bios updated it to 7C02v1D(latest). I came back this morning and now the mobo will flash the CPU debug light and thats it. It spins all the fans besides GPU(Probably because it doesnt boot to GPU>??). So Im not sure why over night I could boot to bios fine and now it cant get past the CPU debug light. (I have tested it with both a ryzen 3 1200, and my new 3600x both do not get past the CPU debug light, while last night both booted to the bios).

If you've already reseated the CPU I would try an dboot it with just one stick of RAM, the GPU and the SSD installed, nothing else.

Also,  you said the CPU light is flashing, not constantly lit?  I thought it stays lit if there is an issue.
