Boot gets stuck at error code 9C

So everytime i go too boot my pc up for the first time of the day i always get a boot error code on the bottom right hand corner of my monitor. 

Someone in my discord chat told me to go into bios and go into my boot sequence and keep just my SSD that i have my boot sequence on and this is what i got. and after that didnt work i fixed it and added all of my WD blue 1tb and the dvd/cd drive and it booted up fine. after that they told me to show them my disk management and this is what i got. (sorry for it being crooked). and ill throw in my boot sequence also. and heads up i just finished building this pc for the first time so if theirs any errors that can be fixed PLEASE tell me im new to building pc's etc! 

 

(ill edit this forum when i get home with better picture of the disk management)
