Resetting HP xw8200

Hi,

 

I need to reset a XW8200 that was donated to my non-profit. I can't seem to succeed though. 

 

The original owner never removed his password and thus I can't get past welcome.

 

I tried F8 AND F9 AND F10, F11,F12. 

No dice.

 

I need a way to wipe all the drives COMPLETLY clean without removing them. That or a factory reset. I'm cool with either.

 

Ideas?

Suggestions?

Ways to get past the password?

 

The PC is running Windows XP professional BTW.
